AccorMulti-brand Design System and site redesign

Context

Two years at Accor, working on the websites of a high-traffic international hotel group. First in the Design System team, then in the Homepage team, where I used the components I had built.

What I did

• Built components for a multi-brand Design System: Ibis, Novotel, Sofitel, MGallery and Fairmont
• Integrated these components into the homepage
• Integrated the Algolia search components on the front end
• Fixed bugs in existing components

Outcome

A complete redesign of the site, with performance gains on Core Web Vitals.
